The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity with an excellent work-life balance, offering a Monday–Thursday, 4-day schedule and a consistently busy patient flow with 120+ new patients per month.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:

A licensed General Dentist in Tennessee (DMD or DDS)

3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent advanced training)

Clinically confident in general and restorative dentistry

Comfortable with extractions and bread & butter procedures
-
Interested in implants and molar endo (a plus, not required)

A strong communicator with a positive attitude and solid work ethic

Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for patients and team

Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus
Preferred skills include experience with CEREC, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, removable prosthodontics (RPD/dentures), and implant systems such as BioHorizons.
